Planets & Paths

Planets

Note: Subscriber only means you can't get there unless you subscribe to Failed Fate X
Note: These areas have a planet gate password (PGP) attached to them
Note: The picture only shows a small part of an area, usually around a Respawner if possible
Note: Monsters may not be 100% accurate
Note: Connecting Paths/Areas refer to either other planets that can be accessed by walking or other small areas, which are included below
Note: Quests only lists the Number and if possible starting location, due to the fact that many quests need to remain secret
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vl1/Muka

Picture
Your first town and planet, the start of your adventure (Only second to "Newbie Starting Point"). This and "Newbie Zone" you'll be seeing a lot of for a while and it's also your default spawning point (The Respawner)(Until you either set one to a house or change towns). There's some Farmable Ground around here (For Farming) the rest of it is in the upper area.

Just slightly up from the Respawner and Hair Stylist is a small building with a merchant and both a magic and skill trainer (Which you will be visiting often). There is also a Rune Forger and Anvil for Fusing & Forging. Just around that to the right and to the back is a smaller room with the Mining shop, (First stop if you want to start forging) Farming Shop (Again a first stop if you want to plant any seeds you find), and a merchant selling contracts (For those who want to sell stuff from there houses). There's also of course some houses around in lower and upper Muka (But by now there mostly already bought).

There is a Planet Gate (PG*) or as a misnomer (PGP*) where you can get to other towns that have Planet Gates it's to the left of the shop mentioned earlier. Vl1 extends upwards and slightly downwards. Anyways it's not to tough of an area and once you get leveling you'll be moving on, of course if your not careful you'll still end up dying.

Monsters: Weaker Armored Humans, Jesters, Adventurers, Enticed Adventurers, Dark Travelers, Snakes, Frogs, Goblins, Wyverns (Those are the main monsters in this area, next listed are ones where there's only a few or one of them) Arachnes, Enraged Arachne Queen, Armored Human, Goblin Knight.

Connecting Paths/Areas: "Forest" (To the left of the town, down from the Planet Gate (PG), there is a tree with Iron rocks around which you can enter) "Newbie Zone" (Down from town), "Road to Ming" (Right from town) Bwen (A small bridge in the upper area and a small space with signs in the lower area)

Quests Available: 1 (From the Newbie Quest giver, along the path to "Newbie Zone")

Notes: Vl1 means Village 1 because it's the practically the first place you can get to. Muka is just the name of the town, but both will work as the Planet Gate Password (PGP*)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Twon

Picture
Basically the second town you'll go too, only accessible by a (PG*). It's defiantly bigger then Vl1 yet there isn't even much here so you won't be here that often even at higher levels. Everything is right of the Planet Gate (PG), first a Forging shop, then a little after a Fusing shop (Where you can go for rune fusing stuff), Farming shop, Townsperson (Can wander but should be around here), Respawner in the lower corner, then a building. In here is another Magic, Skill Trainer and an equipment shop.

Around to the left of the shop and up is a nice space with plenty of Farmable Ground and that's basically it. There is some more scattered houses here and also the Coliseum (Colly) (See Coliseum). There is a Wandering Merchant which usually stays around the Coliseum who can sell you some stuff if your interested. Last there is a Fishing Hot Spot to the left and up of the Coliseum (For Fishermen).

Monsters: Arachne, Arachne Queen, Wyvern, White Wyvern, Arachne King

Connecting Paths/Areas: None (Only way in or out is by the Planet Gate)

Quests Available: 2 (Both from the Townsperson, do one then the other)

Notes: If you switch two letters in Twon you get town, not a big difference though.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ming

Picture
Hardly a very populated area, some houses around the Gate, a building with the basics (Trainers, Anvil, Forger). Way right and up are some Farmable Grounds, even further is another house or two. But that's it, you won't be around here that much if at all.

Monsters: Goblins, White Wyverns, Calm Demon Scorpion, Rouge Arachne Soldier, Sand Dog, Phoenix

Connecting Paths/Areas: "Road to Ming" (Go a little left and down from Planet Gate), "Ming 2" (Up and Right from Gate)

Quests Available: None (One was under construction though)

Notes: "Road to Ming" is still technically connected to Ming since crossing the bridge will not warp your location, but due to its size it is being considered separate. Being connected means monsters from "Road to Ming" are still possible to show up in Ming

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bwen

Picture
A deserted desert area with a Respawner and a Merchant waiting to assault you at the Gate. There isn't much to describe here its a open area with some monsters and a Fishing Hot Spot in the lower right corner. Good enough of an area that you might spend some time here. Two houses here one up on the bridge mentioned earlier the second in the upper right area.

Be careful though this whole area minus the space around the Gate and the little bridge is a Player Versus Player Zone (PVP), which means other players can attack you.

Monsters: Sand Dog, Dire Eagle, Goblin, Pheonix, Arachne, Arachne Queen, Wyvern

Connecting Paths/Areas: Vl1/Muka (Upper bridge, lower path), "Bwen Cave" (Cave entrance is past the quest givers and up from Gate)

Quests Available: 2 (Both above the Gate) (Although you start the quests here, there done in "Bwen Cave")

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bekil

Picture
An area with paths and bridges basically open, this area is dangerous most levels unless your careful. Basic building to the right and Respawner to the left. If you make your way far,far north there are some houses in what is known as "The Middle of Nowhere", again there is Farming Ground too. Near that is an area with swarms of arachnes of all variates.

Monsters: Behemoths, Human Pally, Armored Human, Arachne, Rough Arachne Soilder, Arachne Queen, Arachne King, White Wyverns, Giant Demon (There's only three here, but not on the main path so don't wander to much and you should be ok if your careful), Fire Eggs (You'll only see these around if the Giant Demons summon them)

Connecting Paths/Areas: "Road to Ming" (It's up to the left then back down and left further, round about way of getting there but it's possible)

Quests Available: None

Notes: Bekil is short for be killed as bekil has been one of two places to hold what used to be the strongest monsters in the game, second only to Chak

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chak

Picture
A lot can happen in Chak, it extends upwards a good way and is home to what in the old days were the highest level monsters. Anyways, around the Gate hang out your Trainers and Respawner, then down to your Farm, Fuse, Mine shop and even a merchant selling some goods. On your right you can see an area with white gates this is the Tournament (Tourny) (See Tournament).

Continue that direction for some houses and some burnt buildings which have some chests if your interested. Now back left is a Animal Trainer which sells pet summoning books (Which don't do any good if you already have a pet. Further left is a merchant being attacked by guards (Don't mess with them there not worth it). That's it as far as "populated" areas go there's a small area with monsters back under the Animal Trainer but Chak really extends northwards, into the desert (Spotty PVP areas so be careful again).

Monsters: Jester, Dark Traveler, Pheonix, Frog, Behemoth, White Wyvern, Calmed & Demon Scorpion, Arachne, Arachne Soldier, Arachne Queen, Arachne King, Bee, Soilder Bee, Queen Bee, Dire Eagle Fire Egg, Death Wing, Giant Demon

Connecting Paths/Areas: "Raging Island" (This is only accessible while doing the quest from this area but it is mentioned anyways)

Quests Available: 1 (From an Orion around the burnt houses)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeth

Picture
Shops are in a square area with a Fishing Shop on right and a merchant on your left on arriving, the rest is below the Gate which you would run around to there's not many but at least three houses here. Yeth then extends South and Northwest where monsters range from weak to harder.

Monsters: Weaker Armored Human, Jester, Adventurer, Goblin, Red Wyvern, White Wyvern, Frozen Wyvern, Human Pally, Demon (A monster not a Player), Dragonnet, Human Druid, Earth Elemental, Demon Scorpion, Arachne, Arachne Soldier, Arachne Queen, Arachne King, Red Scorpion, Goblin Knight, Armored Human, Frog, Pumpkin, Pumpkin King (Quest Boss)

Connecting Paths/Areas: "Agility Forest", "Lost Forest" (Both of these forests are in the North, you'll need to go Northwest and around though. There both basically in the same area, "Agility" first then across a bridge to the East to the "Lost Forest)

Quests Avalible: 1 (From a "Fearless Man" he wanders though, but should be around town or not to far)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Frost

Picture
The Planet Gate is above the actual town not by much though, so walk down. If you follow the path around you'll see some houses and eventually come to a building with the usual, there's also a Bag Salesman though which will sell you Backpacks and the like (Bags increase your Max Item carry).

Walking around you can pick up some gems that are laying around or chat with a Friendly Spectral (Not really, they don't say anything but won't attack either). The down then exits out to the left and into a network of bridges and passages, with a fishing hot spot somewhere in that maze

Monsters: Ice Shark, Snowman, Blob, Bloblet

Connecting Paths/Areas: None

Quests Available: None

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sesuoh

Picture
Sesuoh is a house planet, hardly anything else so unless you live here you'll pretty much only stop by once. There's an Anvil around the Planet Gate (PG*) and AlKi Akum. Houses are up and down to the left side, If you go Southeast enough you can come to a bridge and cross over to the only monsters in this area (Which are stuck there so they'll never go elsewhere).

Monsters: Bee, Soilder Bee, Queen Bee

Connecting Paths/Areas: None

Quests Avalible: 1 (Start it from that AlKi Akum guy around the Gate)

Notes: Named sesuoh which is just houses backwards since that's what its for, also home to the largest most expensive house in the game (Not that impressive really)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ruins (Subscriber Only)

Picture
Nothing here, not really anyways. Up from the Planet Gate (PG*) is a castle like area with broken floors and you can always run around it for fun. No shops, no anvils, and no forgers. Not even a Respawner. The real part of ruins start if you fall through a crack in the castle.

Monsters: Cave Bats, Mosquitoes (These will show up if they manage to escape the ruins, other then that there not part of the area)

Connecting Paths/Areas: "Ruins Tunnels" (Find a space to fall through in the castle)

Notes: Named Ruins simply because its a ruin of a town or castle that once could have been there

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Orion (Subscriber Only)

Picture
The Planet Gate (PG*) is in a little area with a Respawner, Trainers and an Anvil. Four Houses to the left and exits into the rest of Orion: North, East and South. Forest like area in the top right corner and a Fishing Hot Spot and pond like area almost directly under the so called town.

Monsters: Goblin, Goblin Leader, Bug Bear, Bee, Soilder Bee, Queen Bee, Human Druid, Frog

Quests Available: 1 (It's hidden and with no Non Player Character (NPC) to talk to like other quests)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rose (Event Only)

Picture
A planet that is for special valentine day events. It's closed of with a sign so you can't really get in, past the sign would just be a bunch of flowers on the ground that you could pick up.

Monsters: None

Connecting Paths/Areas: None

Quests Available: None

Notes: Nothing here and no way in but listed as a planet because you can still get here by the Planet Gate (PG) all year round

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Home

By putting this into a PG, you will be taken to your home (Or wherever you have set as your respawn point).
For example if you don't buy or set any new respawn point, you go to a PG and put in home it will take you to the respawner in vl1/muka
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Paths

Note: These areas either, don't have a pgp or can only be accessible once
Note: These areas don't really have set names to them
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Newbie Starting Zone"

Picture
You'll end up here if you choose that you've never played before, its a small area with one kind of monster over a bridge to the right. First you'll need to talk to the npcs here (Newb Helper > Combat Trainer > Lazy Guy)(There is a Hair Stylist here, but that's optional), before you can move on, they will tell you a little about the game and the Lazy Guy will give you a short five question quiz. Once you kill enough to level up you'll be transported to Vl1/Muka.

Monsters: Weaker Armored Human

Connecting Paths/Areas: None

Quests Avalible: None

Note: Once you leave you won't come back to this place. Not that you would need to

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Newbie Zone"

Picture
Going straight down from the town in Vl1/Muka, and across the bridge. You'll enter into an area with low level monsters scattered around, with a few higher ones actually further away. There is a safe zone with an anvil and some farming grounds near the start, rocks for mining can be found here too. Going basically left from the safe zone you can enter across a bridge into a PVP* zone. Overall the place isn't too dangerous and you will probably stop by often till your a high level

Monsters: Weaker Armored Human, Jester, Snake, Adventurer, Enticed Adventurer, Dark Traveler, Goblin, Dragonnet, Red Wyvern, White Wyvern, Dire Eagle, Phoenix

Connecting Paths/Areas: Vl1/Muka (Via the bridge)

Available Quests: None

Notes: You'll only be able to cross the bridge into here if your under level 10, if your over level 10 you can't enter. You'll still be able to use the bridge to exit no matter your level, so it won't end up trapping you here. The monsters here will often crowd around the safe zone as shown above

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Forest"

Picture
Walk into the tree with a hole in it to the left of the town in Vl1/Muka and you will end up in the "Forest". Full of mostly Red Wyverns, but a few others too. Don't be to hasty to enter here though, the Human Druids can be tricky with there attacks and there is a swarm of Bees & Goblins here too. It's still a pretty good place to train for lower levels though

Monsters: Goblin, Red Wyvern, Dragonnet, Frog, Snake, Bee, Soldier Bee, Queen Bee, Goblin Knight, Human Druid, Arachne, Arachne Queen

Connecting Areas/Paths: Vl1/Muka (Go out the tree that lead you here)

Quests Avalible: 1 (There is no NPC* to start it, although talking to the Human Druid NPC* will give a clue)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Picture
An area acting as a roadway to three different planets, there isn't much here. A path and a section with Armored Humans is about it besides the sections that connect the three planets

Monsters: Goblin, Jester, Dark Traveler, Adventurer, Weaker Armored Human, Armored Human

Connecting Areas/Paths: Vl1/Muka (Along a straight path, left from Ming and Bwen's connecting points), Ming (Right from Vl1/Muka's point and Up from Bwen's), Bwen (Left from Vl1/Muka, Down from Ming)

Quests Available: None

Notes: "Road to Ming" is still technically connected to Ming since crossing the bridge will not warp your location, but due to its size it is being considered separate. Being connected means monsters from Ming are still possible to show up in "Road to Ming"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Ming 2"

Picture
A supposedly unexplored area reached by entering through two signs to the left and slightly up from the Planet Gate (PG*) and building in Ming. There is a safe point near the entrance then the area expands north and east with your occasional fishing hole lying around. Low level monsters until you get to the far corner in the northeast. Hardly anything here and you'll probably just overlook it

Monsters: Frog, Armored Human, Jester, Arachne, Arachne Queen, Enraged Arachne Queen, Arachne King, White Wyvern, Witch

Connecting Paths/Areas: Ming (Same way you get in)

Quests Available: None

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bwen Cave

Picture
A cave which contains monsters and is kind of maze like. There are fish holes scattered here, treasure chests and some rocks (Asides from houses, chak desert and certain other places, this is the only place to mine emerald ores). Be careful, as deep in the cave lies the Sandworm. Also this place does have a secret area or two (One is for a quest)

Monsters: Sand Dog, Scorpion, Dire Eagle, Red Scorpion, Behemoth, Earth Elemental, Mummie, Human Pally, Enraged Arachne Queen, Sandworm

Connecting Paths/Areas: Bwen (Though the cave entrance)

Quests Available: 2 (Although they are started by NPCs* outside the cave)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Agility Forest"

Picture
One of the two Yeth forests. This one contains monsters with high agility meaning you'll need a good amount of skill to hit them (Melee anyway, spells depend on knowledge and will not miss)

Monsters: Bat, Crow, Wasp, Demon (Monster not player), Arachne, Enraged Arachne Queen, Arachne King

Connecting Paths/Areas: Yeth (Exit through entrance)

Quests Available: None

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Lost Forest"

Picture
Further right then "Agility Forest" in another tree. This forest hardly has many monsters and not a variety of them. There are occasionally fishing holes though (Same as everywhere). Other then that and a stiff nameless NPC there's nothing here

Monsters: Woodman, Spectrals (Not of the friendly variety)

Connecting Paths/Areas: Yeth (Same tree you got in through)

Quests Available: None

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Ruins Tunnels" (Subscriber Only)

Picture
These are the Maze like passages under the ruins, this is where the action happens. These tunnels weave around with two secret areas hidden among them

Connecting Paths/Areas: Ruins (By exiting the Tunnels)

Quests Available: None

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Raging Island" (Quest Only)

Monsters: Human Soldier, Rampaging Monster (These are monsters for this quest only, there icons are as follows: Human Soldier = Armored Human, Rampaging Monster = Behemoth, Scorpion)

Connecting Paths/Areas: None (Although once the quest is finished you can use the gate to get off the island)

Quests Available: 1 (Although the quest is started by a NPC* in chak and only afterwards will you be warped to this island to complete it)

Note: You get to here by a quest and you cannot return after the quest is finished, If you die at anytime during the quest just talk to the person who you talked to first to be returned here

Reference Guide

PG or PGP: Means Planet Gate or Planet Gate Password, PG being the small red object on the ground used to go to other planets, PGP means the password put into a PG. Although these two terms are often confused.
PVP: Player versus player, an area or place other players can attack you. Since in most areas other players cannot attack each other.
NPC: Non-Player-Character which is exactly that, someone as which you as a player cannot be.
