Newbie Guide
Well there is ways to place your stats and there are imperfections to placing stats Well here is a little Newbie guide to helping you Build your Character.
Orion Setup
It is recommended that regardless of what type you are building you max out endurance stat first.
If you don't want to max out endurance first then here are some other options that work pretty well.
Spell Caster
Level 1-10 : Endurance only
Level 10-25: 3 Endurance, 2 Knowledge alternating each level
Level 25+: if knowledge and endurance are high enough then work on agility
Reasoning: Endurance: you need hp/Sp regardless of build
Knowledge: You want your spells to do decent damage
Agility: Getting hit sucks
Fighter:
Level 1-10: Endurance only
Level 10-20: 3 Endurance, 2 Strength
Level 20-25: 2 Endurance, 2 Strength, 1 Skill alternating Strength and Skill each level
Level 25+: If Endurance is high enough, then alternate Strength and Skill
Reasoning: Endurance: You need hp/sp regardless of build especially if you are fighting a monster head on
Strength: You want to be able to do as much damage as you can
Skill: Whats the point of dealing high damage if you can never hit the monster
Defender:
Level 1-10: Endurance only
Level 10-20: 3 Endurance, 2 wisdom
Level 20-25: 2 Endurance, 2 wisdom, 1 agility alternating wisdom and agility each level
Level 25+: If endurance is high enough, alternate wisdom and agility
Reasoning: Endurance: You need Hp/Sp regardless of build
Wisdom: To decrease the damage that spells will do to you
Agility: So you don't get hit as much
Quicksilver's Orion
Keep in mind the spells I get are only curing, greater cure, bull rush1,2, and the two feats for armor/strength. The rest of my AP turns into skill points until I max endurance
Level 1-??: Endurance until maxed
Skill and agility simultaneously until maxed
Knowledge until maxed
Strength and wisdom until maxed
Reasoning: Endurance until max: Have the most possible hp/sp without having eaten blackberries
Skill/Agility: The higher level monsters have very high agility so you wont be able to hit them without decent skill, and higher agility means you wont get hit as often
Knowledge: So I can cure myself, and occasionally cast a damaging spell
Strength/Wisdom: Extra damage dealt, and I don't think wisdom helps enough to put it ahead of the other stats
